David Duckworth - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Mr. Duckworth focuses on the sale and leasing of commercial properties including office, industrial, and land throughout South Florida.

With more than 10 years of experience in this market he has provided his clients with the highest level of service in the sale of over 700,000 SF of office/industrial property and over 500 acres of land. He has also been the primary leasing agent responsible for over 1 million SF of office/industrial property in south Florida. He sits on the Board of Directors of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) where he was recognized as a finalist for the Developing Leader of the year award in 2009. He was also featured as a Rising Star in Real Estate Florida’s “40 under 40” article June 2009.

Mr. Duckworth received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University. He is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, a former United States Marine and Florida resident since 1978.
