David Burkards

David is an Executive Vice President for Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory and Workplace Solutions group in Chicago. He represents organizations over a wide breadth of industries and develops real estate strategies specific to each client across the United States and abroad. By applying his research and statistics background, he has successfully counseled and implemented unique strategies for his clientele through various intricate transactions, including lease renegotiations, relocations, acquisitions, dispositions, and build-to-suit developments. David has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and has completed more than 5.0 million square feet of transactions during that time. His dedication and attention toward his clients have provided a level of trust that has allowed his work to expand throughout North and South America.
