In 2009 David W. Austin celebrates his thirtieth year in the real estate industry. He holds broker’s licenses in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and uses both primarily in the service of building owners looking for tenants. In recent years he has been especially active in medical, medical related, non-profit, and government-funded tenants. He also has extensive experience in investment, development, industrial, and neighborhood -retail, both sales and leasing. His philosophy is simple: Focus on results, make the owner happy, and everything else falls into place.
