Danielle Steffen

Danielle has over 17 years of experience in the Las Vegs commercial/industrial real estate market. At the inception of her real estate career, she worked for Gordon & Silver, a large bankruptcy and real estate law firm. This experience gave her an extremely intricate knowledge of complicated contractual transactions. Her career evolved into the development world where she worked with Insight Development in their ground up construction of over 3 million square feet of office and industrial buildings. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Steffen was with Cushman & Wakefield for 13 years and was consistently one of the top producers within the Las Vegas office. Steffen and her team have surpassed $1 billion in transactions through 2019, have been a key player in all the local expansions of Amazon.com, the Veterans Affairs campus, the expansion of Systemax into one of the largest build-to-suit projects in Southern Nevada, and one of the largest industrial land sales in Southern Nevada in the past decade. Steffen has experience within a variety of segments of the commercial real estate market; including the acquisitions and dispositions of industrial/office buildings, land assemblages, and commercial development. Steffen has completed the three largest build-to-suit transactions in the history of the Southern Nevada industrial market with 456,000 SF, 813,000 SF, and 2,200,000 SF distribution centers from 2014-2019.
