Mr. Walsh joined Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services in 2005. As Vice President, Corporate Services, he specializes in real estate sales and leasing, land use analysis and acquisition, financial incentive facilitation and site selection.
Prior to working with Mericle, Mr. Walsh was employed by the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce where he served as Administrator of The Scranton Plan, a national award winning economic development agency. He played an active role in recruiting several major employers to Northeastern Pennsylvania including Mazda Motor Parts, CIGNA HealthCare, Wells Cargo and Cintas.
