Daniel H Pollack - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Daniel has been exposed to commercial real estate his entire life and is the first 4th generation family member to work full time in the family business. Daniel is the Designated Broker of the Arizona office of Pollack Investments. Working side-by-side with his father, Michael Pollack, Daniel has primary responsibility for overseeing the Leasing, Management and Acquisitions activities of the firm. Pollack Investments is one of the largest independent shopping center owners in Arizona and manages over 4,000,000 square feet of commercial space in Arizona and California.

In addition to being a licensed real estate broker Daniel also holds a General Contractors License in Arizona.

Daniel graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with bachelor’s degrees in Real Estate and Management. In his spare time Daniel is a volunteer mediator for the Maricopa County Justice Court, holds the position of State Chairman of the Next Generation Division for the Arizona Chapter of the International Council of Shopping Centers and proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the Jewish Community Foundation. Less
