Daniel A Naylor - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Dan Naylor is currently serving in Afghanistan as a Lieutenant in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. We are very proud of Dan and are praying for his safe return. Dan Naylor's primary focus is retail property sales and leasing. As a retail properties professional, Dan provides services to individuals or companies seeking to dispose of or acquire real property and those seeking to find tenants for existing or proposed space. He also serves tenants seeking a real estate professional to act as their tenant rep broker. Dan works closely with Mericle Corporate Services, public and private sector economic development agencies and other brokers to provide the best service to his clients.

Dan earned his BA in Economics from Dickinson College and began his real estate career with WAM Enterprises Inc. - a regional real estate development and investment firm based in Lemoyne, PA. In his position with WAM Enterprises, Dan's responsibilities included performing desirability analyses for prospective development projects. More recently, Dan was employed by CB Richard Ellis as a member of the Central PA Retail Sales Team. During his tenure with CBRE, Dan assisted in the sale of more than $50 million in retail properties. His responsibilities included securing new clients and properties as well as financial analysis of investment properties. Dan has also served his country as a commissioned officer in the military.

Dan's professional affiliations include membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers, Tri-State Commercial and Industrial Association of Realtors, PAR / NAR / Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors, and TCN, an international network of real estate brokers.
