Daniel Maguire - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Formerly the President of Pitcairn Properties, Dan brings to the Maguire & Partners Property Group (“M&PPG”), more than 30 years of experience in operating a full service real estate company and hands-on experience in development, management and leasing. During his career Dan has established a broad network of tenant and broker relationships along with a broad knowledge of the real estate development business. Dan has been responsible for the development of 75 properties comprising 8,000,000 square feet. Additionally, he has established and maintains relationships with national lenders and equity sources including GMAC, Bank of America, and Commerce Bank.
