Daniel Hassett - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Daniel Hassett joined Newmark Knight Frank's New York office in 2003. Since joining the firm, he has completed more than 100 transactions.

Mr. Hassett is primarily focused on representing financial service clients, while also representing national organizations such as Citigroup, Telerep, The University of Notre Dame, Cablevision, Orchestra of Saint Luke's, Right Management Consultants (a subsidiary of Manpower), Infonxx, Stark Carpet Corp., as well as New York based law firm Curtis Mallet.

Mr. Hassett has also represented prominent New York City landlords such as RFR and Atco Properties. In addition, he has been instrumental in negotiating the purchase of the CAMI Building on behalf of the Institute for Media and Entertainment.

Mr. Hassett is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and is a member of the Real Estate Committee of the JNF and NORPAC.

Mr. Hassett earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a minor in Italian, in which he is fluent, from Rutgers University. Mr. Hassett is nearing completion in obtaining his Master of Science degree in Real Estate from New York University. Less
