Dani L Kramer - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Dani Kramer focuses on assisting investors understand their options throughout the real estate cycle, starting with the acquisition of commercial real estate and then eventually the disposition of their real estate assets. Dani takes an overall planning approach to help her clients make the most appropriate and informed decisions possible, in order to maximize their financial goals.

She is a licensed REALTOR® in both Idaho and Washington and is also a Registered Representative with Welton Street Investments, LLC. Being dually licensed allows Dani to offer her clients an array of diversified commercial investments.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, Dani attended Whitworth University where she earned a double major in Mathematics and Chemistry. She also gained a great amount of experience in commercial real estate appraising while working under an MAI appraiser in Spokane, Washington.

Dani is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Designee and has the background and education necessary to provide the most accurate market investment analysis and advice. Less
