Dan Mincher is a results-driven professional specializing in industrial and retail sales and leasing, redevelopment zones, and investment consulting. Before joining the Vollman Company, Dan enjoyed success investing in and renovating resort properties. His experience includes transaction in all segments of commercial and residential properties, Tenant In Common (TIC) projects, and 1031 exchanges. Dan is a Toastmasters International Competent Toastmaster (CTM), and a member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE), Sacramento Area Bar Association, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and Sacramento Metro and Sacramento Hispanic Chambers of Commerce. Notable clients include Budget Truck Rental and Snowline Hospice, and he is the real estate consultant to national prepared-meal franchisor, CENA To Go.
Prior to his involvement in real estate, Dan had a very successful career in the U. S. Coast Guard. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with emphasis on entrepreneurship and real estate from the Georgia State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
