Craig Weiss - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Craig Weiss joined T. Weiss Realty in August of 2007 as Director of Leasing and Acquisition Research. He oversees and directly negotiates the leasing activity throughout the portfolio and prepares and analyzes financial models for future T. Weiss ventures.

Prior to joining the family business, Mr. Weiss spent three years on Wall Street - two years in Morgan Stanley’s Equity Client Service Group, where he held Series 7 and 63 NASD certifications, and one year as a trader at the Manhattan hedge fund Scout Capital Management.

Mr. Weiss grew up on Long Island and attended Cold Spring Harbor High School before attending the University of Richmond, where he graduated cum laude with a BS in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance. He is actively involved with The Nature Conservancy’s Manhattan based Young Professionals Group, serving both on the group’s Board of Directors and as a member of their Events Committee. He has also been involved with various fundraising benefits for the Boys Club of New York.

Mr. Weiss currently resides in Manhattan, where in his free time he enjoys participating in triathlons, indoor and outdoor soccer, and scuba diving. Less
