CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
With 20 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience, Mr. Viergever continues to focus on
industrial and land transactions in Metro Atlanta. Craig specializes in tenant representation on leases
and acquisitions. He also represents owners with the sale or lease of properties, primarily freestanding
single tenant facilities.
Recently, Craig has focused on Chamblee and completed over $30 million worth of transactions in the
past few years. An excellent working relationship with the City, coupled with a thorough understanding of
Chamblee’s long-term vision and an active role in helping the City define their goals, help facilitate viable
real estate transactions.
Mr. Viergever also has significant experience with Brownfield properties. Several transactions over the
past few years have involved environmentally challenged properties. Brownfield approval was achieved
in order to minimize liability on the part of the purchaser and maximize value for the seller.
Consistent productions through creative marketing techniques and a strong ability to coordinate
multiple transactions at the same time have helped Craig achieve numerous successes including:
