Craig R Trbovich - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Craig has over 25 years of business experience in commercial real estate and as a partner in a CPA firm. Along with the financial and business expertise Mr. Trbovich offers, he has also been involved with various facets of real estate development, sales and leasing from the standpoint of an investor and as an agent. Craig’s primary areas of focus are office and light industrial sales and leasing. In 1987, he formed the accounting firm of Cronstrom & Trbovich (currently Larson Allen & Co.), and spent 17 years as partner in the firm. During that time he was in charge of all aspects of managing the growth and direction of the firm, which had 15 professionals at the time of his sale of the firm in 2004. He has also served on the City of Phoenix, Paradise Valley Village Planning Committee and as a board member of various nonprofit organizations.
Craig’s mission is to provide commercial real estate sales, leasing and investment services to advance the interests of his clients and to grow his own investment portfolio. The foundation of his success is based on hard work and sound research, delivering superior customer service and treating all with honesty and integrity. The importance of continuing education and an extensive network of personal and professional contacts serve as the basis for his long-term success.
Personally, as a fan of thoroughbred horseracing, Craig serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Horsemen’s Benevolent and Protective Association. Along with setting policy for Arizona Horsemen, his responsibilities include representing thoroughbred racing’s interests to the various race tracks in Arizona, the Arizona Racing Commission and the State Legislature.
