Professional Designations:
- CCIM (Commercial Council Investment Member). This designation requires a rigorous course of study (over 250 hours) and significant industry experience. The course study prepares the CCIM to analyze, identify, and meet commercial and investment real estate goals of individuals, partnerships and corporations. The designation is limited to a select group of 8,000 commercial and investment real estate professionals
nationwide.

- CRE (Counselor of Real Estate). The CRE is the real estate industry's most respected source for professional advice on property and land related matters. Only 1,300 practitioners throughout the world carry the CRE designation. Membership into the Counselors of Real Estate is highly selective and is awarded by invitation only.

- SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors). To attain the SIOR designation, the individual must have a minimum of seven years brokerage experience, extensive transaction volume, and outstanding ethical
