Clint Cooper - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Clint Cooper recently joined our Investment team as Investment Analyst. In this role he is responsible for financial analysis, market analysis, investment packaging, due diligence, and financial structuring. He is responsible for the evaluation of potential acquisition, development, and investment opportunities through financial modeling and market research. He prepares on-going analysis of stabilized and development project investments based upon variations in costs, leasing, and the market. He continuously updates analysis for our existing portfolio of retail, land, industrial, and office assets. In addition, he assists with preparing loan requests and the subsequent process of acquiring or refinancing loans.

Clint graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Master of Land Economics and Real Estate degree. He is a member of the 12th Man Foundation, Texas A&M Association of Former Students, College Station Rotary Club, Society of Texas A&M Real Estate Professionals (STAMREP) and the Traditions Golf Club.

He and his wife, Brandi are members of Brazos Fellowship Church. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and attending Aggie football and basketball games. Less
