Clint B Bawcom - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

As Senior Managing Director, Clint Bawcom has responsibility for leasing efforts for a portfolio of assets in Houston, co-leading agency leasing and further developing the firm’s marketing systems and processes for Houston. During his tenure with Cassidy Turley, Clint has represented clients including Crescent Real Estate Equities, Shorenstein Realty Services, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, GE, Lexington Realty Trust, the Ellman Companies and Behringer Harvard. Clint averages over 40 lease transactions a year and has completed over five million square feet of transactions in his career. Mr. Bawcom holds a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas.
Prior to joining Cassidy Turley, Clint was an Assistant Vice President with Brookfietld Properties, performing project leasing for an 8-million square foot portfolio, which included Allen Center, Cullen Center and 1201 Louisiana in the Houston CBD. Less
