Christian E. Wannamaker, CCIM, Principal – Chris joined Providence in 2000 and became a Principal of the firm in 2006. Chris focuses his practice on sales acquisitions
and dispositions, tenant representation, and project leasing. Prior to joining Providence, Chris spent 11 years with Continental General Tire as a Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager. He is active in the community and currently serves on boards of the Freedom Drive Development Association and the West Morehead Business Association. He has served on the City of Charlotte’s Brownfield Site Selection Committee, and the boards
of the McColl School of Business, Friends of Fourth Ward, The Sierra Club, and the Bi-State Catawba River Task Force. Chris has a mechanical engineering degree from Duke University, an MBA from the McColl School of Business, and a Masters in Urban Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Less
