Chris Rosprim - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Chris is a native Texan. He began his real estate career while attending UTA in 1969. Moving to Houston in 1971 Chris continued his involvement in the real estate management industry serving as an on-site maintenance man for a 32 and 47 unit apartment complex. This position led to a maintenance supervisor role over a portfolio of local properties (1,500 units) wherein he assisted the regional manager in all management/maintenance functions.

Chris continued this experience with another local Houston firm that included responsibilities over several commercial properties and was instrumental in creating a condominium and homeowner''s assosciation management division that remains in business in Houston today and is one of the leading firms providing such services for several thousand condo units.

During this experience, Chris began his professional education in real estate and earned his real estate sales license in the mid 70''s and subsequently earned a real estate broker''s license through TREC and remains one today. He also began taking courses to qualify for the CPM designation - Certified Property Manager- a professional designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management and received this designation in 1980.

Chris served in capacities as Texas Regional VP over a large portfolio of apartment properties (5,000 units) and commercial properties (500,000 sf) for an out of state asset management company and as department head overseeing approximately 750 residential, small commercial and small land tracts statewide for a major Texas S&L in the mid 80''s.

Chris joined Scott Brown Properties at the outset of the formation of Real T Team to provide professional quality real estate sales, leasing and management services for residential, retail, commercial, farms, ranches, multi-family properties, homeowner associations and land tracts. Chris has been a big part of the success of the formation of both Scott Brown Commercial and Real T Team. He is currently involved in general management of day to day operations of Real T Team (10 offices, 100+ agents) and Scott Brown Commercial as wella s his expertise in teh property management division of Scott Brown Commercial. Less
