Charlie Hood - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Since beginning his real estate career in 1987, Mr. Hood has focused his efforts and honed his skills in the area of tenant and landlord representation. A resident of Fayette County, he has developed his expertise in metro Atlanta's unique southside market, concentrating on negotiating leases and sales for both buyers and sellers. Additionally, he has worked on several large land assemblage projects that have been developed into substantial industrial parks. Clients include, among others, Sprint Telephone, Freightliner Trucks and Browning Ferris Industries. Prior to establishing SouthPort Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Hood worked with King Industrial Realty from 1992 to 1999; prior to that time, he worked for Tri-City Commercial Sales, Inc. and was an independent land developer.
