Charles Adolphe is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield with 20 years of experience in San Diego’s commercial real estate market. Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Adolphe served as a Vice President with Burnham Real Estate. Since 1998 he has brokered over a Quarter Billion Dollars in commercial/industrial real estate transactions: Building Sales, Land Sales, Building Leases.
He has represented the following major buyers and tenants: AT&T, Community Health Group, Dai Nippon, IDS, Imperial Group, Polk Audio, San Diego Laborer’s Union, and the U.S. Postal Department. He has also represented major owners such as: Eastlake Company, Fenton Western Properties, Hamann Companies, Heritage Real Estate Advisors, IDS Real Estate Group, MDC Corporation, Mitsui Real Estate, Ratner/Foster Family and Wetmore Ranch.
Charlie received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, and served four years as a United States Naval Officer. He is a licensed real estate broker, and is active with the San Diego, Otay Mesa and Chula Vista Chambers of Commerce. Less
