Cathy Sheehan - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Cathy began her real estate career in 1996. The majority of her experience has been specialized in tenant representation services for office users in metro Atlanta and has represented both local and national clients. Since joining SouthPort she has expanded her expertise to both office and industrial properties for tenant and landlord representation. She provides a broad range of services which include transaction management, leasing, project scheduling, proposal analysis, lease negotiations and disposition strategy. As a resident of Newnan in Coweta County, she has become more involved in the South Atlanta submarket. Prior to SouthPort, Cathy was with Grubb & Ellis Company and Carter as an office tenant broker. Her experience also includes five years of owning and operating International Photography, LLC.
