Bryan Heller - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Bryan Heller leads leasing operations for TPA's third-party projects and outparcel sales in selected projects. He also represents the interests of TPA's institutional third-party clients, such as AEW, Lasalle's I&G Fund, Invesco, Great Point, Crow Holdings and Piedmont Office Realty Trust.

Bryan has been recognized as one of Atlanta's top office producers for the past two years, with leasing production totaling more than 1.1 million square feet, representing a total lease volume of more than $80.9 million.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Bryan joined TPA Realty Services from Transwestern Commercial Services, where he represented such third-party clients as CIGNA, Prudential, iStar Financial and Griffin Capital. From 2002 through 2005, Heller completed more than 700,000 square feet of leases on behalf of Transwestern clients on various projects, including Parkway 400 in North Fulton.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Bryan spent more than three years at Opus South Corp. in Atlanta where he was ultimately responsible for leasing its North Fulton Class A office portfolio. During his tenure with Opus, he completed in excess of 750,000 square feet of office leases with several Fortune 500 tenants. In addition, he worked in Opus' development program, initiating pro forma analysis, due diligence matters and land contract negotiations.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS / RECOGNITION
Bryan is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR) and was the 2005 Chairman of the affiliated Young Council of Realtors. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and was recently named a member of NAIOP's Future Leaders council. Bryan is a member of both the ACBR and NAIOP's respective "Million Dollar" Clubs.

EDUCATION
Bryan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of Florida and completed his Master of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgia State University in Atlanta. Less
