Brian Felton is a Senior Leasing Representative with Liberty Property Trust overseeing the marketing of Liberty''''s office/flex and industrial portfolio.
He began his real estate career in 1992 with Newmark Associates in East Hanover, New Jersey. After relocating to Virginia, Brian joined CB Richard Ellis in October of 1998 through June of 2006. Brian has completed hundreds of lease transactions, representing both tenants and landlords. He acted as a real estate consultant for Media General Inc. in Richmond and northern Virginia, concentrating on site evaluation and the acquisition and disposition of new and existing facilities.
