Brett Maslin - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Brett Maslin, Associate Director, joined Adams & Company in 2005 after interning for the company earlier that year. Working directly with Director David Menaged and Principal David Levy, Mr. Maslin provides Tenant Representation services throughout New York City.

Extremely persistent and hard working, Mr. Maslin specializes in providing creative solutions and assisting clients in both developing and implementing strategic plans for their real estate portfolios in the garment center area and surrounding neighborhoods. Since starting at Adams & Company, Brett has completed many deals including transactions on behalf of TWNZ, Inc; Sanctuary Clothing, LLC; Bob Mackie Studios, Inc; Tuller McNealus Feld, LLC; NYC Visual Group, Inc; as well as many more.

Since staring at Adam’s & Co. in early 2005, he immediately identified with what it takes to be a leader in the industry. Brett was responsible for over $12 million in rent commitments in his first year and continues to produce excellence when finding the best possible home for one of his valued clients.

Mr. Maslin is also on the Executive Committee for the Silver Lining Society, a charity he helped start through the Columbia University Medical Center, which is designed to improve the lives of children with pediatric cancer. Less
