Bret O'Brien - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Bret O'Brien founded Greater Boston Commercial Properties in March of 2011 in order to serve the MetroWest region in commercial real estate brokerage. Bret O'Brien grew up in the area in a family of real estate entrepreneurs. He attended Cornell University and obtained a bachelor of science in business, which he immediately put to use as a broker at O'Brien Commercial Properties. Bret worked at O'Brien Commercial Properties for nine years as a top broker, and to the position of Senior Vice president. His focus has always been, and continues to be, the sale and leasing of industrial and office properties along the Route 495 and Mass Pike corridors.

In 2010 Bret O'Brien completed 19 transactions totaling 287,286 square feet, earned the title of broker of the year at O'Brien Commercial Properties for the second time in three years, and subsequently founded Greater Boston Commercial Properties at the beginning of 2011. The company is located at 225 Cedar Street in Marlborough, Massachusetts close to the intersections of Route 495, The Mass Pike and Route 9, which is considered to be the epicenter of New England's highway network. Marketing operations at Greater Boston Commercial Properties are managed by Adrianna Abbruzzese who focuses on maximizing the exposure of each of the companies listings, preparing first class flyers and promotional materials, and managing the direct marketing campaigns.
