Prior to joining Hempel, Jacobson was a Senior Associate at Colliers International where he was responsible for over 200 real estate transactions in his five years. Previous to his brokerage role, Jacobson was a research director at a real estate consulting and valuation firm securing his extensive market knowledge and insight. He's provided real estate solutions to a respected list of clients including: US Bank Corporation, H&R Block, Edward Jones, and Linnihan Foy Advertising.
Jacobson is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate in the Minnesota - Dakotas CCIM Chapter. He's a member of both the Minnesota and National Association of Realtors (MAR and NAR respectively) and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).
