Brant Widener has been a licensed Real Estate broker since 1989 and has worked with Colorado & Santa Fe Land Company, Sheldon-Gold Realty and Matrix Group, Inc. During this time, he has handled leasing and managed projects for more than 50 commercial properties and over 10 million square feet.
As a former business owner for a multi-state furniture manufacturer and retail corporation, Mr. Widener has a background in business and real estate negotiations that provide his clients insight of a seasoned professional with well-rounded business knowledge.
Through his creative, systematic approach to problem-solving and careful listening, Mr. Widener handled transactions for a wide range of clients. As a result, he has successfully negotiated over $85 million in lease transactions on over two million square feet in retail, office and industrial properties, as well as multi-million in commercial properties throughout the Front Range. His clients range from small business startups to larger, national firms.
As a consistent top producer, Mr. Widener was featured in the Denver Business Journal's "Top 10" volume producing retail brokers in 1992, 1993 and 1994. In addition, he was the top-producing broker in 1999 for three-quarters with Sheldon-Gold Realty.
A Colorado resident from 1963 - 2007, Mr. Widener is well versed in the Denver Metro market. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland (A.A., 1979) and the University of Colorado (B.A., 1984), holds a Realtor designation and is an active member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Associations of Realtors (DMCAR). Less
