Brandl L Frey - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Brandl L. Frey joined The Durst Organization in 2010 as a Leasing Manager where she is involved in all aspects of leasing within their commercial office portfolio.

In 2008 she joined Newmark Knight Frank as a Director. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank she spent over six years working with the brokerage services group of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. where she also specialized in landlord and tenant representation.

Throughout her brokerage career Ms. Frey represented tenants including Gildan USA, Morgan Stanley, CBS, Westwood One, Ceridian Corporation, Chicago Title, The New York Open Center, Tommy Hilfiger, Massimo Zanetti USA, Park Avenue Equity Partners, Sony BMG, Roytex, Inc. and Whiteweld & Company.

Brandl is a Former Chairman of the Young Men’s & Women’s Real Estate Association and is active in numerous industry organizations including the Real Estate Board of New York.

In her spare time Ms. Frey serves on the junior board of New York Cares and Project Renewal. Ms. Frey holds a BA in Philosophy from New York University. Less
