Brad Schwarz

Brad Schwarz joined Lee & Associates NYC (Lee NYC) as a Principal and Executive Managing Director in 2011 from Sierra Real Estate (Sierra), the predecessor company of Lee NYC that now operates as a sister company. He began his real estate career with Sierra in 2007. Mr. Schwarz concentrates his real estate practice on retail leasing, Landlord and Tenant representation. He has consummated deals with a gross rental value in excess of $500 million. His landlord representation includes Durst Organization, Gotham Organization, Extell Development, Moinian Development, SL Green, and Sky Management to name a few. Additionally, his Tenant relationships include Le Botaniste, Brooklyn Fare, Collegiate School, Chef Driven Hospitality, Soul Dental, Finback Brewing, Lightbridge Academy, City Tap House, and many more. Mr. Schwarz holds the Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cambridge College, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from NYU.
