Bob Martin - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Robert D. Martin, CCIM, broker and owner of Ravenwood Real Estate, has been active in Alaska real estate since 1983. He brings to transactions his professionalism and range of knowledge in keeping with the CCIM designation.
Martin worked for Coldwell Banker AREA, Inc. for eight years before joining Carr Gottstein Properties (owner of one of Alaska's largest real estate portfolios). There he spent ten years procuring and handling over 100 active leasing accounts in addition to marketing and negotiating the sales of various CGP assets. In 2004 Martin opened Ravenwood Real Estate working exclusively on commercial sales and leasing.

Current clients include Carr Gottstein Properties, NANA Corporation, The Tatitlek Corporation, The Alaska Railroad, Anchorage Community Mental Health Association, Wal-Mart, the City of King Cove and the Alaska Municipal League Joint Insurance Association. Less
