Bo Richardson - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

William "Bo" Richardson serves as a Junior Portfolio Account Manager in Mohr Partners' Dallas office where he manages transactions for national portfolio clients. The management of these accounts includes site selection, lease negotiation, subleasing, expansion and downsizing. Bo provides clients with both strategic planning and transition services.

His desire to provide strong customer service and exceptional communication skills led him to pursue his career in real estate. Bo joined Mohr in June 2006 as a Research Analyst and was later promoted to Senior Research Analyst where his responsibilities included supporting transaction managers and brokers for all national portfolio clients. In November 2008 Bo was promoted to Junior Portfolio Account Manager and transferred to Mohr's Portfolio Account Management Department.

Bo holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. He is certified in Microsoft Windows. Word and Excel and holds a Texas Real Estate License. He is also an active volunteer and charities including Jonathan's Place and Children's Medical Center of Dallas. Less
