Founder and President of Brown Realty Advisors, Bo Brown is responsible for securing and growing all business lines, recruiting, and creating and managing strategic initiatives for the firm. In total, he oversees approximately 15 brokers and support personnel.

Brown has more than 34 years of multifamily real estate experience, and is consistently recognized as one of the leading multifamily investment specialists in the Southeast, closing more than $5 billion in multifamily sales transactions. During his career, he has represented advisors, developers, investors, lenders, and REITs with their assets.
Much of Brown’s success is derived from his ability to provide his clients with an arsenal of services, from strategic planning and comprehensive financial analysis focused on balance sheet implications to business plan consulting and demographic analysis of potential customer bases and other decisions that can impact the bottom line. This sophisticated approach to business allows him to assist clients in a long-term, strategic consulting role, versus simply selling an asset and negotiating pricing from a one-off transaction perspective.
