Blake R Virgilio - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Blake Virgilio joined Caldwell Companies as a Commercial Client Service Provider after graduating from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and a Masters in Real Estate from the Mays Business School. Blake’s primary focus is the growth and development of new business for office and industrial tenants.

Blake’s main role is to assist clients with lease analysis, lease negotiations, renewals, dispositions, financial analysis and market research. He works with both new and existing clients to maximize the value of their real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Caldwell Companies Blake worked with Colliers International assisting brokers with marketing and property searches. Blake’s experience allows for a clear understanding of marketing techniques, database knowledge, lease rates, and pricing structure.

Blake is a member of Society of Texas A & M Real Estate Professionals and a Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Volunteer. In his spare time he enjoys spending time outdoors and playing golf. Less
