Bill Reilly - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Bill Reilly serves as a senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness/The Group
Commercial, LLC, in Northern Colorado. A seasoned real estate investor
himself, Reilly's experience within commercial brokerage includes the
lease and sale of residential, multifamily, investment properties,
retail, and office for over 20 years and is currently working on his
CCIM designation. With Reilly's business background he also works with
business owners in the sale or acquisition of commercial businesses.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Reilly was a senior key account
manager for The Xerox Corporation handling many of the firm's largest
accounts throughout Colorado and owned a Xerox agency with employees
from Fort Collins to Pueblo Colorado.

Reilly prides himself on his ability to build and cultivate
relationships with clients which coincides with Sperry Van Ness's core
covenants that focus on business planning and customer requirements.
With more than 20 years of dedication to customer satisfaction, Reilly
has a proven track record for keeping his clients' requirements as his
number one priority. Reilly earned a bachelor's degree in finance
marketing with a math minor from the University of Denver. In addition,
Reilly has earned the various world renowned training certifications
from the Xerox Corporation including PSS, SPIN and Solution Selling,
Consultative Selling, Major Account Management, Negotiation Skills, and
finally Agent Sales Modeling.

He is a Colorado native and currently resides in Fort Collins with his
wife and children and enjoys skiing, tennis, biking, golf and other
