Bill Johnson - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Bill has a combined fifteen years of commercial and multifamily real estate experience, which includes asset management, operations, leasing and sales. Prior to joining Equity Advisory Group, Bill served as a Senior Leasing Agent for Regency Centers, where he was responsible for merchandising and leasing all operating assets and new developments in the New England Region.

Prior to Regency, Bill served as Director of Commercial Real Estate for the Picerne Real Estate Group. At Picerne, Bill oversaw the property management and leasing of an industrial, office and retail portfolio consisting of 40 properties and totaling over one million square feet. In addition, Bill asset managed a 400+ unit scattered site apartment portfolio, which included multiple apartment communities, historic buildings, and Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties.

Bill holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Bryant College. He has also been an active member of ICSC for the past 12 years Less
