Bilijack Bell - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Bilijack R. Bell, Associate, began working in the commercial real estate industry in 1995 with a small firm that specialized in industrial tenant rep where he stayed until joining Wilson, Hull & Neal in 2000. Bilijack has been a member of the Million Dollar Club every year since 1996. He is a graduate of Elon College in North Carolina where he grew up.

While at Wilson, Hull & Neal, he has participated in all phases of the commercial real estate business from development, sales and leasing all different aspects on industry, as well as development and building his account as well as others. Over the years, he has consummated sales and lease transactions for many local, as well as national and international companies such as the Fastenal Company, Interline, and The Bag Company, as well as local developers such as Robert Pattillo Development Corporation and Hall Fowler to name a few.

In addition, Bilijack has co-authored a business best seller, Magnetic Service: Secrets to Creating Passionately Devoted Customers, as well as co-writing numerous service related articles that have appeared in Realtor Magazine, Executive Excellence and many other publications.

Bilijack's civic activities include membership in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club and the President's Club, volunteering for the Atlanta Steeplechase (Atlanta Speech School), and Christmas in April. Less
