Bethany specializes in projects located in the Philadelphia CBD and surrounding suburbs. Her area of focus is primarily office properties, however, she has several years’ experience in the Not for Profit sector representing educational and institutional clients.

Joining Colliers in 2007, Bethany quickly established her capability in the areas of leasing, transaction management and advisory services.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Prior to joining Colliers, Bethany was involved in property management for First Industrial Realty Trust and then Prologis, where she assisted in managing a portfolio of over 10 million square feet.
