Background
Bert joined the Newmark Knight Frank Smith Mack team in February of 2008. His role as Associate includes assisting with Industrial and Retail sales and leasing in the Delaware Market.
Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank Smith Mack, Bert was the president and principal shareholder of Family Ties, LLC and Mid-Town Management Group, LLC. While there he acquired, re-developed and managed 32 apartment units, developed tenant placement strategies, provided property management services, and managed full scale commercial and residential renovation and construction projects. Prior to that, he was a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer for Wilmington Trust Company where he managed a $15M loan portfolio.
Education
Bert graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Political Science.
