Ann R Foster - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Ann took a position with Amerimar Business Centers in July of 2008, bringing several years of experience in the executive suite industry to the company. Her mission with Amerimar Business Centers is to grow the facility and perhaps open other centers in Amerimar buildings throughout the US.

Prior to joining Amerimar Business Centers, she was with PS Executive Centers, based in Westlake, OH for 10 years. She oversaw 3 locations with PS – 2 in Indiana and 1 in Tampa, Florida, and was responsible for all aspects of the those operations.

Ann Foster began her career in Wisconsin working for The Radford Company, a multi-location millwork distributor in the Upper Midwest. She developed the Human Resource department for this 300 employee company and centralized all records at the corporate office in Oshkosh, WI.

After moving to Indiana she worked with three entrepreneurial companies to recruit and train employees in the Human Resources field. Start up opportunities are of particular interest to Ann in that she feels a sense of pride in the growth of the new businesses. Ann is active in the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce and OBCAI, which is the Office Business Center Association.

Ann has 2 adult children living in Chicago and San Francisco respectively. She enjoys traveling to see them and her 2 grandchildren. She also loves to travel, read, cook and do needlework. Less
