Albert McNeel- SIOR - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Albert McNeel specializes in office, retail and industrial Agency Leasing. He has been a successful real estate professional in the San Antonio market for over 13 years. Prior to becoming a partner at Endura Advisory Group, Albert was a partner at HPI where his focus was agency leasing. His responsibilities included the oversight of the day to day leasing activities of approximate 2.5 million square feet of retail inventory, as well as exclusive tenant representation accounts.

During his career McNeel was vice president of the Trammell Crow Company office and industrial division where he handled approximately 2 million square feet; along with select tenant representation accounts which he exclusively represented. Projects which McNeel has provided marketing and leasing services for include City View, The Pyramid, 8401 Datapoint and Rittiman East and West Business Parks, among others. Albert entered the Commercial Real Estate market in 1996 as a leasing agent for Cross & Co where he was responsible for leasing a number of Class A and Class B office buildings.
