Alan Bonett - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Alan Bonett, executive managing director, continues to represent loyal tenant clients he worked with for more than 17 years. Such long-term relationships have helped Alan negotiate leases for high-profile clients, such as The New York Jets and The Alliance for Lupus Research, which are chaired by Robert Wood Johnson IV as well as Dylan’s Candybar, Geoffrey Beene and many others.

His strong relationships with many of the landlords and developers in Midtown, his ability to implement cost reduction programs, his in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and his ability to analyze a lease and its terms has earned Alan the respect of his many upscale tenant clients, including Escada, JG Hook, US Shoe Company, Casual Corner, Lane Bryant, many prestigious law firms and accounting firms.

His work on the behalf of building owners is equally impressive. As leasing and managing agent for more than 550,000 square feet of office space in the Flatiron District, those properties maintain an impressive 98 percent occupancy rate.

Prior to joining Adams & Company in 1999, Alan served as vice president of leasing at James Buslik & Associates, Inc., a New York-based brokerage company founded by James Buslik and David Levy, now principals of Adams & Company.

Alan began his professional career as a real estate representative at Helmsley-Spear, specializing in tenant representation work on the West Side.

A graduate of Syracuse University, Alan is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. Less
