Scope of Service Experience
Al Isaac has been a licensed real estate broker since 1983, specializing in the leasing, sale, management and development of commercial and industrial properties throughout the Central Kentucky area. Isaac's real estate expertise includes shopping center sales and development, site acquisition, national retail tenant leasing and disposition, and professional office building sales.
Education
Isaac attended the University of Kentucky majoring in business. Numerous CCIM and real estate courses specfic to analysis of commercial investment real estate, development, management and brokerage of commercial real estate. Various contract and lease law courses. Annual continuing education courses with an emphasis on Kentucky real estate law and agency.

Background & Experience
In 1987, Isaac founded NAI ISAAC Commercial Properties, Inc. as a full service commercial real estate company. As President, he has overseen and initiated numerous major projects and developments along with negotiating, financing and closing many sales and leases each year for clients and partnerships he headed. Isaac also trains and supervises the sales, leasing and managing staff of NAI ISAAC.

During the time Isaac has been President, NAI ISAAC has become the largest full service commercial brokerage firm in the Central Kentucky market. NAI ISAAC currently has under exclusive agreements approximately 8,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate.
Professional Affiliations & Designations
Isaac was appointed as Vice-Chairman on NAI's Leadership Board Executive Committee and Chairman of its Membership and Brokerage Committee in 2004. Isaac served as the Chairman of NAI’s Leadership Board in 2005. Isaac served as Chairman for the Council Leadership and Secretary for the Leadership Board Executive Committee for 2003 and continues to serve as Executive Chairman on the Coordination Committee. Isaac was a founding member of the National Retail Council and served as its Chairman in 1999 and Vice Chair on its Board of Directors in 1998. Isaac also served on the National Leadership Board for NAI from 1995 to 2002 and has been reelected to the board again.

Isaac received the NAI National / International Member of the Year award, the Member of the Year Southeast Region award and the Retail Council Leadership award for 1999. Other honors include the Chairman Award for the Southeast Region in 1997, the Southeast Region Network Member of the Year in 1994 and the Eagle Award as the outstanding new NAI member for the nation in 1987.
