Leveraging his extensive market knowledge, Adam Molnar was named a Top-Ten Producer consistently during his tenure at Coldwell Banker Commercial prior to joining Colliers in December 2010. Adam has kept ahead of an ever-changing market by recognizing and creating opportunities earlier than other brokers, thereby securing a competitive advantage and increasing his clients’ profits.

BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Prior to joining Colliers, Adam was employed by Coldwell Banker Commercial from 2001
through 2010 as Senior Vice President, Partner. During that time, he was consistently named a Top-Ten Producer. In 2005, Adam won Coldwell Banker Commercial North County’s award for the highest number of transactions.

In 1996, he graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in real
estate and finance prior to becoming a commercial real estate agent for Cincinnati’s DeVitt & Associates. In 1997 Adam joined Lee & Associates specializing in North County industrial real estate. By 1999, Adam’s contribution to the company had earned him partnership.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Adam served as president for the City of Vista’s Economic Development Association from 2002 to 2003, earning the association’s Standing Tall Leadership Award. He also won the President’s Award in 1999 and the Josh Cosh Award in 2002 for notable contributions to the city’s economic development. Less
