CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES Mr. Zarle specializes in industrial real estate consulting and transaction services at Grubb & Ellis | Phoenix Realty Group. Significant clients include; W.P. Carey & Co., AJC International, SanMar, Lexington Realty Trust, Flagler, Cenveo Corporation, IEM, Railex and several local property owners. His competitive nature and well-built relationships with influential members of the Jacksonville community serve him and his business partners well. CAREER SUMMARY Aaron was born and raised in Palm Harbor, Florida and has been a resident of Jacksonville since 2004, following his graduation from Florida State University. Aaron joined Grubb & Ellis | Phoenix Realty Group in December of 2006 following a season of professional golf on the NGA Hooters Tour. Since joining Grubb & Ellis, Aaron has brokered sales or leases of over 3.8 million square feet of industrial property for a total consideration of over $41 million.
